2000

ACA Talent’s parent company Human Capital Management (HCM) incorporated as a Professional Search firm specializing in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Human Resources. Clients include Fortune 100 companies across the US.

2003

HCM relocates corporate office to Fort Lauderdale, FL.

2004

HCM launches ACA Talent to focus on Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), an emerging recruitment business model.

The company begins offering integrated technology that supports high volume recruitment throughout the candidate life cycle.

2005

Recruiting industry veteran Bob Brown joins the company Board of Directors.

2006

Bob Brown becomes a key investor and Chairman of the Board, using his 30+ years of experience to build the infrastructure that would ensure the company’s future growth.

2007

After overseeing the company’s operations for the last year, Bob Brown acquires HCM.

2008

HCM rebrands its professional search division as HCM Search, with a focus on contingency, retained search, project management, and interim solutions.

2009

HCM acquires more office space to allow for 25% increase in headcount.

2010

David Sargeant is appointed President and CEO.

The company shifts its focus to RPO as its core business model, harnessing its expertise in recruiting sales professionals nationwide.

Despite the significant downturn in the economy, ACA Talent experiences 150% in revenue growth and an increase in headcount of 50%.

2011

ACA Talent launches Talent Tracker™, an advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to support an efficient and effective recruitment process.

Revenue grows an additional 100%. Headcount grows 25%.

Named to the Inc. 5000 list as one of America’s Fastest Growing Companies.

2012

ACA Talent launches its Sales Recruitment Optimization™ suite.

Hire Wire, ACA Talent’s biweekly newsletter, makes its debut.

Named to the Inc. 500|5000 list for the second year.

2013

Named to the Inc. 500|5000 list for the third year running.

2014

Launched strategic partnerships with The Omnia Group and Universal Background Check.

Expanded RPO and Professional Search teams to offer increased scale and capability to clients.

2015

Launched strategic partnership with CoAdvantage.

Won HRO Today’s Recruitment Team of the Year award.
